LRE Gate Access & Credentials

Lake Rockport Estates now has started operation of the entry gate. Controlled access to our community has been implemented in response to membership who desire enhanced security, traffic control and safety.

  • Tags are read by a sensor as you approach the gate, around the area of touch pad
    • Do not keep multiple stickers or tags together in one car
  • The sticker tag must be placed on the upper passenger-side of your windshield (inside).
    • Do not place the sticker on the outside of the windshield (you will need to replace it)
  • Hang tags should be placed at around height of rear-view mirror in the windshield.
    • Hang tags not in the windshield area will not be read
  • Gate automatically opens when exiting LRE. Slowly approach gate to activate it.
    • IF it does not activate, back up and approach it again.
  • The new credential system does not work with the old cards, clickers and codes.
  • Access codes for delivery drivers have been given to their dispatch.
  • Please do not squeeze by the gate until it is fully-open.
  • Obtain Pro Data Key (PDK) credentials before you can use the PDK or MyDoorView apps.
  • Stickers and hang tags/cards are not activated without PDK credentials.

  • New LRE home owners – First, complete your property management membership account. Then notify us using the email above – so that we can confirm for gate access.
  1. We must confirm LRE membership, then issue your credentials and you’ll receive an invitation from Pro Data Key. Follow the PDK instructions; download the PDK app to your phone and install it. Then accept the invitation in the email message. You will receive a success message.
    • The PDK app is your unique digital key to the gate.
  2. After obtaining PDK credentials you have the option of the MyDoorView (MDV) app.
    • Your cell phone is required
  3. We have a limited number of trial period subscriptions for MyDoorView.
    • MDV interacts with the touch pad at the gate.
    • Guests may video call your phone like a Ring camera.
    • You may issue access PINs to guests and control access from one-use to one-month.
    • After the trial period ends July 2026, the MDV app subscription is $36/year added to your annual dues.

Windshield Stickers & Hang Tags

  1. The gate system reads your sticker and hang tags upon approach the gate.
    • When the gate reads your tag and confirms your credentials, it will automatically open for you.
    • Each Lake Rockport Estates lot owner was shipped one free sticker.
    • Additional stickers (for additional vehicles) are $15 per sticker
    • You may purchase a placard (transfer from vehicle to vehicle) for $25 per hanger

Reminder, you must complete the PDK credentialing process before proceeding to ordering tags (free or additional) or purchase the MyDoorView app.
