Frequently Asked Questions
- PDK credentials are required, this is a security requirement.
- All lot owners and household members may have gate access and must obtain credentials.
- Requirements are: First+Last Name, Lot Number, Email and Cell Phone (for MyDoorView).
- Access for Summit County dispatch for services is maintained by LRE.
- Access for delivery drivers and dispatch is maintained by LRE.
- Do not squeeze by the gate until it is fully-open.
- Do not stop or stand near mechanical sliding gate operation area.
- Tags are read by a sensor as you approach the gate.
- Place sticker tags inside the windshield, on upper passenger-side corner.
- You can not transfer stickers and often stop working if tampered with.
- Do not place the sticker on the outside of the windshield.
- Hang tags should be placed at height of rear-view mirror on the windshield.
- Hang tags not in the windshield area will not be read.
- Gate automatically opens when exiting LRE. Slowly approach gate to activate it.
